Hey ALL, I came home from work today...I was only at work for an hour and a half. I woke up feeling as if I was going to....you all probably know what I am talking about, so I won't go into any details for the sake of some people who might read this (Chris, ...this was for you). Anyway, I am home now getting caught up on needed rest. I have been sick for the past 2 weeks. Yeah, many of you would know that if you have been reading the previous posts.
Please be praying for me. Thx, Beloveds!
This is a thought from a few nights ago. I told Chris this on the phone last night. I was placing my clothes into the wash, put the detergent in, then noticed the water WASN'T running. Well, it was too late like I said I had already put the detergent in. So, the majority of my work clothes were covered in detergent. ...Well, Let me give you a little bit more info...The water was supposed to be cut off Monday morning at 9:00am and turned back in at 5:00pm...well, if you couldn't tell the water was turned off BEFORE the apartment told us it would have been. Anyway, since all my clothes were in the wash my mom and I went to Wal-Mart. I picked up some pants for work, and many others things. BUT, the main part I wanted to tell you all is here: I was at the check out counter trying to pay for the items...well, according to my credit card (it is prepaid) I didn't have the money for it. To my knowledge I HAD the money...I kept trying to swipe the card.
Well, after trying twice the man waiting in the line behind us asked me, "How much does it cost?"
I told him, "It is $26.28..."
The man said, "Ok, Don't worry about it. I will cover it."
I was surprised...NO one ever had done that for me before...
So yeah, I came home with EVERYTHING I intended to pay myself...I came home looked at my account online...and realized I really DIDN'T have the amount of money I thought I had on my card...yeah, I felt really dumb after finding that out. I wish I could send him a card along with the money he paid for my items ...Anyway, I thought I would told you all that story. The Lord knew what I needed and also knew I didn't have the money for the items in the basket..I thank the Lord for providing...Praise the Lord!
This story, I guess could be for those of you who need financial help, food, housing, and anything really...God can provide in the moment you need it the most and don't even realize it...when you know it could have ONLY been HIM in the first place. God knew that man was going to be in the line...I would think I had the money and find out that I didn't...and He also knew I was be walking out the store with the items...All credit goes to God for this adventure...
