Within the book BOY MEETS GIRL it says:
"..the one thing we should all have in common is waiting until romance can be guided by wisdom. Then we can experience the season of courtship at the right time and the right pace with a clear purpose and a clear head. This is romance at it's best."- pg. 59
"Courtship is a season for two people to grow in friendship, to get to know each other's character, and to see how they interact as a couple...It's a time to consider the possibility of marriage and to seek to make a wise choice."- pg. 77
One question I ask for those I know who are courting: How do you get through the awkward change from a friendship to courtship? Is there any advice you can give Chris and I as we prepare to see each other on Thanksgiving? We haven't seen each other since we have been courting. The last time I saw him was the day of grad.
We know it will be different, but we know it will be GREAT!

God, I thank you every day for what you have given to me, and walking us through the hard times. I have to be honest the distance is not easy, but God will bless this time apart. Two months goes by so fast...I can't wait to see his face and smile once again.
Hold me in Your arms, Father!
