…. Worth Waiting For….

You have waited all your life for the right man to come along

Never thinking He could have already come for you

And you just never noticed

You just never took the time to get to “know” Him.

Have you been looking for the man for your life?

And you’re not having any luck at all

Have you stopped to think that you might never find for yourself the dream man?

Have you openly given your romantic life to the Lord?

I, the writer, know the times will be hard,

But he is worth waiting for

God has out there, the best man you could ever dream of

The waiting period is difficult, but

Have you ever stopped to think God might be preparing the man?

He might be making sure the man is ready for you

Or is there something He is putting within you, something your future husband might be

Praying for in his wife to have someday.

Have you stopped to think that the characteristics you want in your husband might be

Characteristics he might want in you?

Why not start now?

The best from God is worth waiting for...

Don’t you think?

Characteristics you, the woman, should have taken as your own before
looking for them in the man of your dreams:

Spirit-controlled Christian (Eph. 5:18).
Jesus is #1 in her life, not just an ornament (Mk. 12:30).
Broken; understands how to rely totally upon Jesus (Phil. 4:13).
Ministry-minded; wherever she is, she is available (1 Cor. 4:2 NIV).
Motivator; woman of vision, concerned about lost souls (Rom. 10:14).
Sensitive spirit; in tune to the needs of others (Gal. 6:2).
Understands the awesome responsibility of a wife to her husband (Eph. 5:25- 31).
Humble enough to be a disciple (teachable) and able to disciple others (Mt. 28:19-20).
Woman of prayer; she knows the key to success is her private time with God (Col. 4:2).
Family orientated; she desires to have children and raise them properly for God’s glory (Prov. 22:6).
